Ask someone you trust and are close to, to point out your bad habits. When you realize you’re doing something you shouldn’t be, it’s a wake-up call to stop. Researchers show you’re better at self-control and discipline when consistent reminders are given.

Giving yourself reminders and dates to set what you’re going to do to implement your strategy and get towards your goals, this will help you follow it. Studies have proven that leaving notes and reminders can assist you in tasks.

 

Positivity Notes

 

Make a note to put sticky notes in your place. For example, on your bathroom mirror put a note such as: “you can do this!” This will keep you active and remind you that you’re on the journey to success.
